Dinner Impossible
Standard Casserole

8 CHicken tenders - sort of defrosted, then sliced
MIX:
1 can cream of chicken
1 can full of milk
t garlic powder
1-2t garlic chopped
2T ooil
1/4 chopped white onion
IN 9x13 pan
cover bottom with chopped fresh broccoli
scatter in shredded carrots
2" of velveeta
mix in liquid mixture
top with chicken and sprinkle with garlic herb mix and a bit of lemon juice
Cover with foil and cook at 375 for 35-40 min
top with 2c breadcrumb, fried onion toppers and 3 slices of extra sharp cheddar slices- cut into 1/4" strips- COOK 10 min more or until brown
