Back home from Vegas...
ast night I made a killer s'getti sauce. I sliced up carrots, onion, garlic and sauteed with the ground beef... I took a bigass can of whole stewed tom's and hand blended.. added garlic, onion, oregano, basil, chili, basalmic vin & probably something else..... fuck yes.
Today... Roast Beast.
2c Cabernet
3T Worcestershire
3T low sodium soy sauce
t sugar
2t salt
T onion, garlic, oregano
now i'm off to teach yoga at the senior center
