Smoke up:

We bought a bradley smoker at cabela's yesterday. Today, we're smoking about 10 pounds of pork ribs with a variation of this KC rub on it! We're trying it almost off the recipe, yet I'm dying to add some more savory flavor to it.. maybe some Thyme and Sage. next time.
