You're not alone, sister! Just a small hiatus but I am back and will start working on a way for us to post photos. We must be able to show off all the goodies we have been working on. And eventually sell them I hope. My bead habit is turning into quite an investment!
I went to the opera last night - techinically it was a dress rehearsal and while the singing was lovely I found that my mind would wander. I just couldn't give it my full attention. The main character appeared to be saving her voice so another woman stood off to the side and sang for her while she lip-synched - it was distracting to say the least. I am getting more than my fair share of culture this week though - going to the symphony on Friday night. It's Beethoven's Symphony No. 5 and I suspect I will enjoy it a bit more than the opera. Not that I am giving up on the opera - certainly not!
I have been concentrating so hard on beads and making jewelry that I haven't spent much time scoping out cool stuff on the internet. Maybe that's a good thing... ebay is my friend.
